1. Introduction and Acceptance of the Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the entity that owns and operates the WeSporta application (“WeSporta,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms govern your access to and use of the WeSporta mobile application, related platforms, and all services, features, and content made available through the application (collectively, the “Services”).
By downloading, installing, registering for, accessing, or using any part of the WeSporta application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as by any related policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy. If you continue to use the application after these Terms are updated or modified, such continued use constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access, install, or use the WeSporta application and must discontinue use immediately.
For the purposes of these Terms:
- “Application” or “WeSporta” means the WeSporta mobile application and any related platforms operated by us, including iOS, Android, and equivalent versions.
- “User” or “you” means any individual who accesses, installs, registers for, or uses the Application.
- “Services” means all features, content, tools, and functionalities provided through the Application, including sports news, editorial content, audio content, podcasts, event information, AI-assisted features, and any future features that may be added.
These Terms apply to all Users of the Application, whether or not an account is registered. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and other referenced policies, the order of priority will be determined as specified in the relevant provisions.
2. Scope and Description of the Services
WeSporta is a sports content platform designed to provide Users with access to sports-related information and entertainment. The Services may include, without limitation, sports news, analysis, editorial content, audio programs, podcasts, event schedules, results, and related features intended to support convenient access to sports information.
Some content available through the Application may be created or produced by WeSporta, while other content may be provided, aggregated, or sourced from third parties. In addition, certain features may use automated or artificial intelligence technologies to assist with summarizing, organizing, or presenting existing information.
All content and Services are provided for general informational and entertainment purposes only. WeSporta does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or suitability of any content for any particular purpose, and content should not be relied upon as official information, professional advice, or a guarantee of outcomes.
The availability, scope, and functionality of the Services may change over time. We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without prior notice, in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. Your continued use of the Application following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated scope of the Services.
3. Eligibility and Age Requirements
The WeSporta Application is provided only to Users who meet the eligibility requirements set out in these Terms and the related policies, including the Privacy Policy.
3.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 16 years of age to independently register for an account and use the full features of the WeSporta Application.
If you are under the age of 16, you may only register for an account and use the Application with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for reviewing, approving, and ensuring that the minor’s use of the Application complies with applicable laws and these Terms.
We do not knowingly provide services to children below the applicable minimum age, except where permitted by law or where valid parental or guardian consent has been obtained.
3.2 Personal Data and Privacy Policy
The collection, processing, storage, and protection of personal data, including data relating to minors, are governed by the WeSporta Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
Where a User is under the applicable age requirement, the parent or legal guardian confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the provisions of the Privacy Policy relating to the processing of the minor’s personal data, including the types of data collected, purposes of processing, and the rights of the data subject.
3.3 Account Responsibility
You are legally responsible for all activities conducted through your account, including access to content, use of Services, posting comments, or interacting with other Users, whether such activities are carried out by you or by another person using your account with or without your authorization.
If an account is registered and used on behalf of a minor, the parent or legal guardian assumes full legal responsibility for all activities conducted through that account, including compliance with these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
You must promptly notify us if you become aware of or reasonably suspect any unauthorized access, misuse, or violation involving your account.
4. Account Registration, Management, and Security
4.1 Account Registration
Certain features of the WeSporta Application may require you to register an account. During registration, you must provide the information requested at the time.
You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and lawful, and you agree to keep such information up to date throughout your use of the Services.
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate account registration if the information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or violates these Terms.
4.2 Account Use and Management
Each User may register and use one account for personal, non-commercial purposes only, unless otherwise agreed by us in writing.
You may not:
- Transfer, lease, lend, or allow others to use your account, except as permitted by law or with our consent
- Use another person’s account or create multiple accounts for fraudulent, abusive, or circumvention purposes
All activities conducted through an account are presumed to be performed by the account holder unless unauthorized access is proven not to result from the account holder’s failure to secure their credentials.
4.3 Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, including usernames, passwords, verification codes, and any related account information.
You must notify us promptly if you detect or suspect any unauthorized access, misuse, or security breach involving your account. We will provide reasonable assistance, but we are not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to properly secure your account.
While we implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards in accordance with our Privacy Policy, you acknowledge that no system is completely secure and that security risks may arise beyond our reasonable control.
4.4 Suspension and Termination
We may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms or related policies
- We receive a request from a competent authority
- There are indications of unauthorized use, fraud, or risks to the Application or other Users
Suspension or termination may result in loss of access to some or all Services and account-related data. To the extent permitted by law, we are not obligated to retain or restore data associated with accounts terminated for violations.
4.5 Reference to Privacy Policy
The processing of personal data associated with user accounts is governed exclusively by the Privacy Policy. This section does not replace or modify the Privacy Policy.

By submitting UGC to WeSporta, users grant WeSporta a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, store, use, reproduce, display, distribute, and process such content solely for the purposes of operating, improving, promoting, and maintaining the Application.
This license does not transfer ownership of UGC. Users retain all intellectual property rights in their content unless otherwise agreed in writing.

WeSporta will review reports within a reasonable scope but does not guarantee specific timelines or outcomes.
7.6 Account Termination and Content Retention
If a user account is suspended or terminated, related UGC may be removed, hidden, or retained in accordance with operational needs and legal requirements.
Termination of an account does not automatically revoke the license granted to WeSporta for UGC, to the extent permitted by law.
