While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, timeliness, or suitability of any content for any specific purpose, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If you have any questions, concerns, or requests regarding this Policy or our data practices, please contact us using the information provided in the “Contact Us” section of this document.
2. Scope and Description of Services
WeSporta is a sports content and community platform designed to help users access sports-related information more conveniently. The App provides sports news, analysis, aggregated content, and related entertainment features, including data and information supplied by third-party providers to support sports tracking and discovery.
2.1 Sports News and Analysis Content
2.1.1 Editorial Content Produced by WeSporta
WeSporta produces and publishes original editorial content, including sports news articles, analysis, commentary, evaluations, summaries, and other informational formats. Such content is intended to provide general information and perspectives for users and does not constitute official announcements, professional advice, or guarantees of accuracy or outcomes.
2.1.2 Aggregated and Third-Party Content
The App may display, aggregate, quote, summarize, or reference sports-related information from third-party sources, including but not limited to media outlets, sports organizations, and data providers.
Ownership of original third-party content remains with the respective rights holders. While we strive to present information responsibly, WeSporta does not control and cannot independently verify all third-party content and therefore does not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness, except where required by applicable law.
2.1.3 Audio Content and Podcasts
WeSporta provides sports-related audio programs and podcasts, including content produced by WeSporta and content licensed from third parties. Audio and podcast content is offered for informational and entertainment purposes only. Users access and use such content voluntarily and at their own discretion.
2.1.4 Content Presentation and Accessibility Features
The App may offer features that enhance content accessibility and presentation, such as text-to-speech, audio playback of written content, or alternative display formats. These features are intended solely to improve user experience and do not alter the nature, source, or intent of the underlying content.
2.1.5 AI-Assisted Content Features
WeSporta uses artificial intelligence technologies to assist in organizing, summarizing, categorizing, translating, or presenting sports-related content that is already available on the platform.
AI-assisted content:
- Is generated based on existing data and sources
- May not reflect complete context or real-time updates
- Is provided for informational and reference purposes only
WeSporta does not represent AI-assisted content as authoritative, official, or a substitute for verified sources. Users are encouraged to consult official sports organizations, event organizers, or trusted primary sources when making decisions based on such information.
2.2 Sports Schedules, Scores, and Results
The App may display sports schedules, scores, match data, and event results to support convenient tracking. Such information is provided or aggregated from third-party data providers and may be subject to delays, corrections, or changes by event organizers or data sources.
WeSporta does not guarantee that schedules, scores, or results displayed in the App are always accurate, complete, or updated in real time. Users should verify critical information with official competition or organizer sources when necessary.
2.3 Service Changes and Development
WeSporta may add, modify, upgrade, restrict, or discontinue any part of the App’s Services, features, or content at any time to reflect product development, technical requirements, legal compliance, or operational considerations.
Such changes may affect user experience. Continued use of the App following service updates indicates acceptance of the updated scope of Services.
3. Collection and Use of Personal Information
We collect and use personal information only to the extent necessary to provide, operate, improve, and secure the WeSporta application and its Services. The types of information collected and the purposes of use are described below.
3.1 Account Login and Authentication
3.1.1 Authorized Login
You may log in to WeSporta using your Google account or email address. When you do so, we may collect basic account information provided by the authentication service (such as nickname or profile name, depending on the authentication interface), as well as device identifiers and technical identifiers necessary for account creation, login verification, security, and fraud prevention.
This information is used to:
- Create and manage your WeSporta account
- Authenticate you as a legitimate user
- Maintain login status and account security
3.1.2 Account Profile Information
You may choose to complete or update your personal profile, such as nickname or gender. Providing this information is optional. If you choose not to complete certain fields, some profile displays may be limited, but this will not affect your ability to use other core features of the App.
3.2 Browsing, Searching, and Downloading Content
3.2.1 Browsing Content
When you browse text, audio, video, livestreams, or other content, we may collect:
- Device information (such as device model, operating system, app version, network status, IP address)
- In-app activity logs (such as browsing history, playback history, likes, follows, comments, interactions, and timestamps)
This information helps us:
- Synchronize browsing and playback history across sessions
- Improve content delivery and performance
- Optimize display and playback quality based on network conditions
When viewing video or media content, the App may use device motion sensors (such as orientation data) to adjust screen display between portrait and landscape modes. This data is processed locally and is not used to collect health or physical activity information.
3.2.2 Search Functions
When you use the search feature, we may collect:
- Search keywords
- Search time and interaction frequency
This information is used to provide accurate and efficient search results. Search history may be stored locally on your device for convenience and displayed to you.
If you use voice search, the App will request access to your device’s microphone to process voice commands for search purposes only.
3.2.3 Downloading Content
When you download images or other supported content, the App may request permission to access your device’s photo library or storage solely to save content to your device. Permission denial will only affect the download feature and will not impact other Services.
3.3 Uploading, Publishing, and Interactive Communication
3.3.1 Uploading and Publishing Content
When you post content, upload media, comment, or interact through publishing features, we collect the information you voluntarily provide, such as:
- Nickname
- Text, images, audio, or video content
If your uploaded content contains personal information of other individuals, you are responsible for ensuring that you have obtained lawful consent from those individuals.
3.3.2 Interaction with Other Users
When you interact with other users, we may collect:
- Interaction content (comments, replies)
- Interaction logs (likes, views, follows, shares)
3.3.3 Public Display Notice
Please note that information you publish or interact with on WeSporta may be publicly visible to other users, including your nickname and posted content. You should exercise caution when sharing personal information publicly.
3.4 Notifications and Reminders
3.4.1 Message Notifications
We may send service-related notifications for purposes such as:
- Message alerts
- Account security verification
- Service updates
- User experience surveys
To ensure timely delivery of notifications, the App may briefly run background processes after you exit the App. This is intended solely to maintain message stability and reduce delivery delays.
3.4.2 Event and Schedule Reminders
If you choose to follow match schedules or events, the App may request access to your device’s calendar to create reminders. Calendar access is optional and used only for reminder functionality.
3.5 Personalized Content Recommendations
To provide more relevant and engaging content, we may use machine-learning-based algorithms to analyze user preferences and behavior. Information used for personalization may include:
- In-app activity logs
- Device and app information
- Basic profile information you provide
- Selected interest tags
- Approximate location (where permitted)
Personalized recommendations are designed to improve content relevance and reduce information overload. You may manage or disable personalized recommendations and related notifications through the App’s settings.

We may display advertisements within WeSporta and analyze advertising performance using:
- Advertising identifiers (such as IDFA, where permitted)
- Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks, conversions)
- Device and app usage information
- Approximate location and interest categories
Personalized advertising does not identify you personally and is based on inferred preferences. You may manage advertising preferences through system or App settings.
When you copy links from advertising content, the App may use clipboard functionality only to support the copy action and does not read unrelated clipboard content.
3.7 Customer Support and Feedback
When you contact customer support or submit feedback, we may collect:
- Account and contact information you provide
- Device and technical information
- Communication records related to your inquiry
This information is used solely to verify identity, investigate issues, and provide support.
3.8 Operational and Security Purposes
To ensure stability, security, and lawful operation, we may collect necessary technical and usage information for:
- App updates and version checks
- Error reporting and troubleshooting
- Performance analytics and service optimization
- Risk prevention and abuse detection
After applying security measures such as encryption and anonymization, aggregated data may be used for research, analytics, and service improvement, provided individuals cannot be re-identified.
3.9 Additional Features and Third-Party Notices
Certain features (such as screen casting or third-party integrations) may require access to local network or device permissions. Denying such permissions will only affect the specific feature and not general App usage.
Some third-party pages accessed through WeSporta may request permissions (such as location access). These permissions are governed by the third party’s policies, and WeSporta does not collect such data unless explicitly stated.
3.10 Information from Third Parties
We do not actively collect personal information from third parties without lawful basis. If third-party information is used, we require confirmation that proper user consent has been obtained or that disclosure is permitted by law.
